B-Side Rituals Spotlight: pac odd

Welcome back to our B-Side Rituals Spotlight series!

This month, we’re highlighting one of our favourite producers: pac odd.

pac odd is a South Korean music producer and songwriter who works primarily in the K-R&B, indie, and hip-hop scenes. He is also part of Salpot Music Group and has built a reputation for his distinctive sound and versatile production style.

Most recently, he worked on XLOV’s singles “Scent” and “Rizz.” Over the years, he has collaborated with many independent artists, consistently bringing a unique sonic touch to each project. We first discovered pac odd around 2023 after he worked with h3hyeon on the album Love & Groove, and it’s been incredible watching his growth ever since.

He has also worked with some of our other favourites, including ASH ISLAND on several tracks such as “괜찮아 (It’s Okay),” and “I don’t wanna be your hero.” In addition, he has collaborated with JUNNY on “call my name” and multiple tracks from JUNNY’s latest album null. Another standout collaboration is with 4BOUT on the beautiful track “Unsent Letter.” He also played bass on EVERGLOW’s single “CODE.”

More recently, pac odd joined JUNNY on his North American tour as a DJ. Through this tour, many new fans have discovered him. It’s been exciting to see his profile grow, and we love seeing him continue to collaborate with so many of our favourite artists.
