Happy September! August was a busy month for us, so it was a little harder to keep up with all the new releases. But we’ve rounded up six songs that we had on repeat throughout the month and can’t wait to share them with you!
Release Date: May 15, 2026
“Kissing For Practice” is a song we’ve had stuck in our heads all month, thanks to its catchy pop production and relatable lyrics. The song feels like an anthem for anyone who’s experienced the heartbreak of a “situationship” where you never officially dated, but somehow still ended up getting your heart broken.
NERIAH is an artist we’ve been following since her YouTube vlogs around 2019–2020, so it’s been exciting to see how much she’s grown as an artist. We’re absolutely loving her new music and can’t wait to see what she does next!

“stay” is a track from Ariana Grande’s latest album, petal, which we’ve had on repeat all month. While the entire album is a no-skip for us, “stay” is one track we found ourselves coming back to again and again. There’s just something about the song that kept pulling us back in, making it one of our favourites from the album.

“Ain’t In LA” is such a catchy summer track that we’ve had on repeat all season. The song explores the idea that true beauty and success can only be found in Los Angeles, while playfully challenging that notion.
ADELA is an artist we’ve been following since her time on Dream Academy, and it’s been exciting to watch her grow. She’s incredibly talented, and this track has us even more excited to see what she has in store for her future releases!

“Bené” is a song we discovered towards the end of July and have had on repeat ever since. The catchy French track, meaning “everything is good,” gets its title from the French adverb “bien.” We visited Belgium this month, and hearing “Bené” playing throughout our time there made us love the song even more. It became the perfect soundtrack to our trip!

“Te Olvido (La La)” translates to “I am forgetting you” and was a track we were especially excited to hear. Selena Gomez and Becky G are both artists we grew up listening to, so hearing them together on this song felt like a full-circle moment.
The track explores the frustration of being in a situationship with someone who is giving mixed signals, demanding the clarity you deserve before deciding to walk away. It’s incredibly catchy and quickly became one of our favourites from benny blanco’s new album, Hermoso, which was released on August 14.

“Someday” by Valley is a beautiful track that explores the tension between looking ahead to what the future might hold and recognising the value of what we already have in the present. The song serves as a gentle reminder to appreciate where you are while still allowing yourself to dream about what’s next.
We’ve been big fans of Valley for a while, and “Someday” is another track that reminds us why we love their music so much.
