Myles Lloyd Releases Reimagining of “Drive Me Crazy” Featuring GEMINI, Karencici & JUNNY

On Friday, February 20, 2026, Montreal R&B artist, Myles Lloyd released a K-pop reimagining of his breakout single “Drive Me Crazy,” featuring Korean singers GEMINI and JUNNY and Asian American Mandopop singer Karencici. The original track garnered over 25 million streams, earned a co-sign from K-Pop boy group ENHYPEN, and charted within South Korea’s Top 200, which inspired this reimagining alongside some of Lloyd’s favourite voices in the K-pop scene.

“Seeing all the love coming out of Korea really reignited my passion for the high energy feeling that K-pop brings,” Lloyd shares. “I went back and revisited a lot of the songs I used to love and discovered some newer artists along the way like Karencici, JUNNY, and GEMINI. Even though it felt like a long shot, I knew I had to find a way to bring them all together on one record.

“DMC” arrives as Lloyd joins JUNNY on tour. Earlier this week, Myles opened for JUNNY in Montreal and Toronto and he will continue across the remaining Canadian dates. The two even performed the song together in Montreal and Toronto, which built anticipation among fans ahead of its official release.

“DMC” is a track infused with nostalgic textures, blending classic soul influences with modern R&B and early 2000s pop sensibilities, all carried by smooth falsetto melodies. Myles has created a space for the overthinkers, hopeless romantics and anyone navigating the chaos of feeling too much, and this release further cements that identity.

Myles Lloyd’s dark yet warm vocals seamlessly blend with GEMINI’s smooth emotive vocals, JUNNY’s warm, honey sultry vocals, and Karencici’s soft, airy vocals. Together, they add depth and dimension to an already loved track.

Since his debut in 2017 with “Step Down”, Myles has been establishing himself as an artist to watch. He has performed at festivals including like Lollapalooza Berlin and Sol Blume, while earning editorial support from Complex, Teen Vogue, Wonderland Magazine and PAPER. His discography includes the projects Goodbye (2019), Forever, Yours (2022), and WHAT MORE CAN I SAY? (2024). He closed out 2025 with the release of I’m Still Thinking, a 13-track album capturing the restless inner world of a young artist learning to reconcile and make peace with both his past and himself.

We first discovered Myles in 2022 after hearing “Running On You” on a Spotify playlist and have been following his journey ever since. As longtime K-pop fans, it’s especially exciting to see him collaborate with some of our favourites in the scene. With each release, he continues to shape the future of modern R&B, and we’re eager to see where his evolution leads next.

“DMC” is now available on all streaming platforms. Listen here.
